Evidence

Dates, events, documents, public records, institutional statements and other claims that can be checked against sources.

Context
背景と文脈
Explanatory material that connects multiple facts, institutions or historical conditions without yet making the archive's central interpretation.
複数の事実、制度、歴史的条件を接続する説明。アーカイブ独自の中心解釈へ入る前の文脈。
Observation
SHIRO & Co.による観測
The archive's interpretation of structure, dependence, decline, residue and unfinished futures.
構造、依存、衰退、残存物、未完了の未来についてのSHIRO & Co.による解釈。

事実と観測を分ける
Checkable claims are labeled as Evidence. Structural interpretation is labeled as SHIRO & Co. observation.
確認できる記述はEvidenceとして、構造的解釈はSHIRO & Co.による観測として分ける。

一次資料と公式資料を優先する
When available, prefer official statements, primary records and regulatory documents over secondary paraphrase.
可能な場合、二次的な言い換えより公式発表、一次記録、規制資料を優先する。

論争のある主張には複数資料を使う
Claims that are contested, sensitive or widely reinterpreted should be supported by more than one independent source when possible.
争いのある主張、繊細な主張、広く再解釈される主張は、可能な限り複数の独立資料で支える。

不確実性を残す
Where sources disagree or evidence is incomplete, the archive preserves uncertainty rather than forcing a closed narrative.
資料が食い違う場合や証拠が不足する場合、閉じた物語を強制せず不確実性を残す。

欠けた細部を創作しない
Missing URLs, unverified quotations and invented bibliographic detail are not added to fill gaps.
空白を埋めるために、存在しないURL、未確認の引用、架空の書誌情報を追加しない。

訂正を記録する
When a factual error is identified, the archive corrects the claim, preserves the date of revision and distinguishes factual correction from changes in interpretation.
事実誤認が確認された場合、記述を訂正し、改訂日を残し、事実訂正と解釈変更を区別する。

解釈を可視化する
Interpretation remains visible as Observation — never silently mixed into Evidence.
解釈はObservationとして可視化し、Evidenceへ静かに混ぜない。
事実記述の強度
Strength labels describe how a claim relates to sources. They are not trust scores.
強度ラベルは、記述が資料とどう関係するかを示す。信頼スコアではない。
Direct
一次的に確認
A claim that can be checked against a named official, primary or regulatory source without requiring synthesis across contested accounts.
論争的な複数叙述の合成を要さず、名指しの公式・一次・規制資料に対して確認できる記述。
Corroborated
複数資料で確認
A claim supported by more than one independent institutional source.
複数の独立した制度的資料によって支えられる記述。
Contextual
文脈的説明
A connecting explanation grounded in sources but not itself a single archival fact-check.
資料に根ざした接続的説明であり、単一の史実確認そのものではない記述。
Interpretive
解釈を含む
Rare inside Evidence. Prefer Observation when the sentence is primarily structural interpretation.
Evidence内では稀。文が主に構造解釈である場合はObservationを優先する。
出典レビュー

確認済み出典だけを登録する
URLs, titles and publishers are entered only when checked. Missing sources become gaps, not invented citations.
URL、題名、発行者は確認したものだけを登録する。欠けた出典はギャップとして残し、架空の引用にしない。

記述を出典へ結ぶ
EvidenceClaims carry stable IDs, strength labels and source markers. Soft lists without sources move to Context.
EvidenceClaimsは安定ID、強度ラベル、出典マーカーを持つ。出典のない緩い一覧はContextへ移す。

出典ギャップを追跡する
Required and desirable gaps remain visible on Sources and case pages as quiet status, not as alarm banners.
必須・望ましいギャップは、警告バナーではなく静かな状態表示としてSourcesとケースページに残す。

レビュー状態を記す
Each observation records sourceReviewStatus and lastReviewedAt after an editorial pass.
各観測は、編集パスのあと sourceReviewStatus と lastReviewedAt を記録する。

Cross観測は出典を継承する
Cross pages do not invent mass facts. They inherit institutional sources from connected cases and label structural contrasts as Structure or Context.
Crossページは大量の新事実を創作しない。接続ケースから制度的出典を継承し、構造対比をStructureまたはContextとして示す。
出典ギャップ
A source gap records what the archive still needs before a claim can become Evidence. Gaps are editorial work items, not public warnings that the whole observation is unreliable.
出典ギャップは、ある記述をEvidenceにする前にまだ必要な資料を記録する。ギャップは編集上の作業項目であり、観測全体が信頼できないという公的警告ではない。
訂正方針
When a factual error is identified, the archive will correct the claim, preserve the date of revision and distinguish the correction from changes in interpretation. An empty correction log means no factual corrections have been recorded yet — not that the archive claims perfection.
事実誤認が確認された場合、記述を訂正し、改訂日を残し、事実訂正と解釈変更を区別する。訂正ログが空であることは、まだ事実訂正が記録されていないことを意味し、完全性の主張ではない。
